Event & Corporate Deposit Policy
(For Schools, Organizations, and Large-Scale Activations)
Securing a date for an organizational event involves significant coordination, including equipment preparation and staff scheduling. To ensure a seamless partnership, the following terms apply:

The Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total contract value is required to formally secure your date on our calendar. This deposit covers the initial administrative coordination and custom program design.

Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. For bookings made within a 14-day window, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Rescheduling: We offer a one-time rescheduling grace period. If you need to move your event, you may do so with at least 14 days’ notice without forfeiting your deposit. The new date must be within six months of the original booking.

Cancellations: If an event is canceled by the client less than 14 days before the scheduled date, the full contract amount remains due to cover the reserved time and prep work.
Our Commitment to You
If Pharaoh Essentials Wellness must cancel a session or event due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we will provide you with the option of a full refund or priority rescheduling.
