PHARAOH ESSENTIALS SOUND HEALING SESSIONS calm the mind, release stress, and leave you feeling deeply relaxed. Treat yourself to this transformative, heart-opening, empowering experience with crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, chimes, and drums.

Event Details:

Come ready to connect with productive community members, create a sense of oneness, and raise self-awareness while indulging in self-care. You’ll be guided using harmonious sound waves of inner peace and compassion where you will find calm. This will be your invitation to release negative energy, and tension; making space to fill your mind, body and being with love and compassion.

Additional Event Details:

•To allow for safe social distancing and comfort, the event will be capped at 6 participants.

•Event check in will begin at 1050am

•No admission after 11am

•Hot herbal tea will be provided

•Distance Reiki will be transmitted to the group during the Sound Bath for chakra alignment.

What to bring:

An open mind

An open heart

A yoga mat, meditation cushion, blanket, pillow, or whatever else will help you be able to lay or sit comfortably.

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING:

•Participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing,” and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. 

•Masks are required. Temperatures will be taken at the door.

•By attending a Pharaoh Essentials event, you certify that you DO NOT fall into any of the following categories:

1. Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath, among others;

2. Individuals who have traveled at any point in the past fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in the U.S. that has experienced or is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19; 

or

3. Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment.   

•Participate also agrees that any photos or videos taken during class may be used respectfully for promotional use.
