Private Session Cancellation Policy

(For 1-on-1 and Private Small Group Appointments)

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, because your appointment time will be reserved exclusively for your healing journey, we require mutual respect for our scheduling.

• 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the space to another individual on our waiting list.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% session fee.
  *No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notification will be charged the full session amount.

• The "Life Happens" Exception: We value our relationship with you. If a true emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible so we can find a mindful path forward together.
