Please review our booking policies below to ensure our partnership begins with clarity and mutual respect.

For Schools, Organizations & Large-Scale Activations:

• Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, covering initial coordination and custom design.

• Final Balance: Due 14 days prior to your event. Bookings made within 14 days require full payment upfront.

• Rescheduling: One-time grace period available with 14+ days' notice (new date must be within 6 months).

• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur the full contract amount.

For Private Sessions & Small Groups:

• 24-Hour Policy: We kindly request 24 hours' notice for all reschedules or cancellations.

• Late Fees: Cancellations under 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full session amount.

• Note: We recognize that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen event arises, please contact us immediately to discuss a mindful resolution.

Our Commitment: If Pharaoh Essentials Wellness must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or priority rescheduling.
