Lawanda uses breathwork, and the healing and relaxing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, a pan drum, and a rain drum to deeply relax you. This 60 minute personalized private Sound Healing session is simple and effective. This one-hour sound session can help dissolve emotional and mental build-up and open blocked energy flow in the body. This form of therapy reduces stress and often leaves you with a sense of clarity. This sound package can be requested to be done outdoors. Please allow 30 minutes to set up and 30 min to break down if requesting in-home or outdoor service.
